My approach is active, direct, and grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment-based couples therapy. I help you understand the negative cycle driving your conflict, slow it down in real time, and build new ways of responding that create real change.
This work is for couples dealing with repeated arguments, emotional disconnection, communication problems, attachment issues, and trust repair. I also offer couples intensives for those wanting deeper, faster progress. I’m based in Portland, Oregon and Mpls, MN and I work with couples internationally via telehealth.
