Immediate Availability! I work with adult women who are struggling with trauma, life adjustments, anxiety, or depression. As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist and a mother myself, I have specific expertise in working with women while they are in perinatal and postpartum stages.
My education and training is focused on helping you heal from significant events that have happened to you. I ensure that you feel supported and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.

We will explore who and what has influenced you throughout your life in order to identify what you value most and to strengthen your overall sense of self. We will look closer at the thoughts and feelings that underlie the behaviors you want to see improved.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which decreases emotional intensity attached to traumatic life experiences and restores traumatic memories in a healthier, more adaptive way in the brain. Because trauma looks different for every client, EMDR can be adapted to your unique experience to help you heal and move forward.
