I'm a therapist who works with adults navigating burnout, vicarious trauma, anxiety, and complicated family dynamics. Many of my clients are caregivers or frontline professionals who are used to showing up for others and are learning how to show up for themselves. My practice is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationships, and the most important relationship we build is with ourselves.
My approach is rooted in warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care. I draw from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed practices, and attachment theory to tailor treatment to your specific needs. Whether you're working through stress, trauma, or patterns that no longer serve you, we'll move at your pace, with clarity and compassion.
