My approach to therapy is honest, anti-oppressive, and empowering. I strongly believe therapy should be a collaborative practice - I always encourage the client to take the lead in shaping the therapy space into whatever they need it to be!
I often support concerns of depression, anxiety, stress/burnout, disordered eating, trauma, racial and queer/trans identities, attachment work & codependency, sexual wellness, and grief & loss. I utilize interventions from various psychotherapy modalities and customize my approach with clients in recognizing the wholeness and complexity of each individual.
