My name is Hanna Chung, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide telehealth therapy services throughout California and work primarily with adult individuals and couples struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. My approach to therapy is relational, attachment-focused, strength-based, and collaborative. I utilize multiple approaches when working with clients, but my primary modality includes but is not exclusive to client-focused, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, Interpersonal, and Restoration Therapy.
Before jumping into problem-solving, my focus is to attune with clients and build positive trustworthy relationships to ensure a safe and warm environment to reach desired goals.
In my practice, I typically work with adult individuals (18+) and couples (pre-engaged, premarital, and marital). The clients I work with come in with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship struggles, and previous and current trauma symptoms. I am also comfortable working with all ethnicities, intercultural couples, and multicultural issues.
