As a trauma-informed therapist, I work primarily with college & graduate students, young professionals, adults, and mothers who are facing life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and the lasting impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. I am especially passionate about supporting mothers during pregnancy and postpartum periods, as well as helping young adults move through grief.
