My goal is to walk with my clients as they navigate the sometimes confusing process of "becoming." I offer strength based, relationship focused support to individuals across the life span. I offer an open hearted, exploratory approach to therapy. When working with clients, I use a combination of approaches including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems ( IFS) and mindful, somatic modalities to offer the needed support you are seeking.
