You may be navigating a big life change, worrying about your teenager’s well-being, or feeling disconnected in relationships. If so, therapy may be helpful. I provide therapy to people experiencing mental health challenges that impact the way they think, feel, or relate to others. Many clients I see feel anxious, sad/lonely, struggle in their relationships, or feel overwhelmed with new roles and responsibilities. My background includes working in clinics, schools, and private practice as well as served as an adjunct professor at Cal State University, Northridge.

I use evidence-based practices (CBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic) that are shown to improve mental health symptoms. My approach is strengths-based and relational. I work with you to develop a safe and trusting relationship where you can learn, heal and uncover strengths from within.
