My form of holistic therapy aims to integrate difficult experiences and emotions, as opportunities for growth, and make meaning of helpful and unhelpful patterns. The power of gentle, slow integration can lead to greater balance and restored wholeness.
With a foundation in depth psychology, and using a client-centered approach, I support and nurture the capacity of individuals to heal and grow through their own innate wisdom. Through the use of psychodynamic, somatic, and eco-therapy, I will help clients integrate their mental, physical, and spiritual health, bringing balance and regulation.
As a humanistic psychotherapist, I am committed to creating a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their inner Self, offering clients a holistic approach to healing and personal growth.
