As a Queer, API therapist with 15 years of experience, I am familiar with the cultural barriers and challenges of identifying as an immigrant, a woman, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community both professionally and personally. I specialize in providing culturally sensitive therapy, offering a safe, inclusive space for clients from underrepresented and underserved communities. Whether you are struggling with perfectionism, depression, anxiety, self-doubt, compassion fatigue, PTSD, or panic attacks, my purpose is to be a companion and guide through the journey to find meaning in suffering and to take steps toward self-compassion.
My main modality is EMDR therapy, a neurobiological approach that targets difficult memories from the past that form problematic patterns and affect interpersonal relationships in the present. I also use IFS and parts work to help clients befriend and develop self-compassion for all parts that, at times, have been in conflict and causing internal turmoil.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in mutual respect, fostering authentic therapeutic relationships that promote healing and personal growth. I understand how hard it can be to carry the weight of trauma, anxiety, or self-doubt. Whether you’re seeking relief or want to enhance self-compassion, I’m here to guide you toward inner peace.
