Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, grief, insomnia, chronic pain, substance use, or other issues, I am confident that we can find a path forward together. You will be able to learn new tools, or refine the ones you already have, so that you can move toward the things that are important to you, and be the person you that you want to be.
While I specialize in mindfulness therapy, I am also trained in a wide range of other evidenced-based approaches, from acceptance commitment therapy to cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and clinical hypnotherapy, and have helped many people learn and refine tools that create more flexibility, balance, and resilience in their lives.
