Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is the primary modality that I use, but in collaboration with my clients they can also expect interventions from an eclectic approach, meaning I utilize and draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive processing, somatic, amongst others to personalize treatment for each client.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental place where you can let your guard down and freely discuss and process your experiences. I am bilingual and offer counseling services in English and Spanish.
