I provide a safe and warm environment to come as you are and explore the parts of life that are getting in the way of the things you desire. I am a trauma specialist utillizing EMDR therapy to support healing and change over time. I also work closely with individuals suffering from addiction in all of its many forms to break or adjust habits that are stopping the successes you want to achieve. In person, or via telehealth, I can provide the support and comfort to move forward
My use of EMDR therapy in conjunction with talk therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, and overall empathic care can support working through and processing difficult material that is either throwing up road blocks or is just too difficult to bear
