I am a limited license therapist and specialize in substance use, anxiety, and depression. I operate from a person-centered approach and utilize skills from multiple evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am currently pursuing certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
