Therapy shouldn't be a one-size-fits-all approach. We each approach life and all that life has to offer in different ways that highlight the diversity of the human experience. Sometimes we need a little help discovering what that looks like for us.
I specialize in seeing people who are struggling with anxiety/depression, trauma, neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, etc), and chronic health issues. I use EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in my practice. I also pull from other modalities depending on the person in front of me.
Life can be difficult, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I believe that change happens when we take a step back, open ourselves up to the possibilities, and learn how to work with ourselves and whatever life has thrown at us. Contact me today to schedule a consultation!
