Therapy is where we can bring our confusion, frustration, heavy hearts, lostness, hurt – and find a way through and forward. I provide depth-oriented psychotherapy that creates space for new and old wounds heal and strengths to develop. Common issues include depression and anxiety, shame, anger, relationship/attachment patterns, loneliness, loss, body acceptance, childhood trauma, and grief work. I work well with clients who are interested in working at a deeper psychological level.
I practice from a relational psychodynamic framework, shaped by mindfulness, somatic, and compassion-based therapies. Clients typically feel well understood by me. Finding a good fit with a therapist is important – please reach out for an opportunity to talk further.
I also offer ADHD, psychiatric, and disability evaluations for adults. I have expertise in evaluating high intelligence individuals with executive functioning problems/ADHD. I am a paneled provider for Department of Labor Office of Worker's Compensation (DOL/OWCP) medical evidence evaluations. Many evaluations are offered remotely throughout California.
