I welcome individuals from all backgrounds. I often work with women and adolescents experiencing attachment and relational issues, anxiety/depression, self-esteem, and emotional expression.

My approach integrates narrative, somatic, existential, psychodynamic, and nervous system regulation perspectives to support emotional awareness, resilience, and compassion.
