I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School, obtained in 2021. I have worked with adults and families in private practice, college counseling, and outpatient hospital settings in the greater Chicagoland area and the city of New York. My experiences span diverse clinical environments, enhancing my ability to support individuals across various stages of their journey.

My therapeutic approach is spiritually and culturally sensitive, focusing on psychodynamic and interpersonal methods. I explore the patient-therapist relationship to uncover beliefs affecting personality, relationships, and symptoms. Understanding the unconscious helps identify struggles in relationships and life, fostering self-awareness and change.
I use a mix of psychodynamic, dialectical, behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to create a therapeutic space that examines how language, identity, and values evolve through personal narratives and early childhood experiences. I also pursue ongoing education in Islamic sciences to provide spiritually informed therapy for Muslim clients.
