I am an integrative therapist. I have training in cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapy, finding that both orientations contribute to understanding human behavior, aspects of personality, psychological disorders, and traumatic stress. Specifically, I specialize in insight-oriented therapy integrated with cognitive and behavioral strategies.
