Groups
Sober "Happy Hour" Group for Women (NJ ONLY)
This is a monthly support group for women who are managing their busy lives & mental health challenges while sober. Attendees MUST set up a quick introductory call/onboarding with me prior to joining. OOP cost is $50 per session but I also accept Aetna or Optum plans for groups.
