I began my career working with depression, trauma, and addiction recovery and have come to regard the recovery process as a holistic set of tools to be used by anyone looking to make changes in unhealthy patterns and behaviors. As a Certified Daring Way ™ Facilitator I am interested in working on shame, vulnerability, trust, authenticity, and belonging.
