I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful, lasting change through compassionate and collaborative care. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, through a neurodiversity-affirming approach. I work with couples navigating neurodiversity within relationships, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, infidelity, and life transitions.
I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. My style blends evidence-based practices with compassion and a deep understanding of how our pasts and identities shape our present. I’m trained in EMDR, Restoration Therapy (Level 1), and have specialized training in ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy, and would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing. My office is conveniently located off of Riverside Drive near Bridge Park in Dublin. I offer both in person and telehealth/virtual sessions.
