I specialize in working with people struggling with sexual trauma, codependence, anxiety, chronic illness, and activism burnout. I also support people exploring their sexuality and navigating relationships. Furthermore, I use a psycho-spiritual approach to support people going through spiritual emergence or psychedelic integration.
My experience with mindfulness and reverence for nature inform my work. I am also deeply involved with transformative justice. Online Psychedelic Education and Integration Group
This group is to support those who have have had or are planning on having experiences of expanded/ altered consciousness with psychedelics on their own. It is a place to: discuss safe practices and harm reduction, share stories and feel validated by nonpathologizing community, apply the insights gained during the experience to create meaningful and lasting transformation in one's life, understand the value of altered states in multicultural contexts, understand and heal from scary or confusing experiences, and to discuss the social and environmental justice implications of people's experiences.
