I integrate depth-oriented approaches to help you make meaning of your history and foster lasting change. I value the significant impact that past experiences have on current patterns and relationships, and I believe that true understanding lies in looking beyond surface-level symptoms to explore what's underneath.
I hold an undergraduate degree from UCLA and a master’s degree from USC. I have been trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I also draw from attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I wholeheartedly believe that finding peace and living a fulfilling life are within reach, and I view therapy as a path through which turmoil and uncertainty can give way to balance and clarity. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to individual needs and experiences.
