My work is relational, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. You don’t have to censor your thoughts, needs, or desires here. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions to help you make sense of attachment, anxiety, trauma, sexuality, and current struggles you may be facing.

We’ll move at your pace and with gentle guidance as you deepen self-awareness and reconnect with your body and your sense of self.
