I work with individuals and couples who want to break difficult generational cycles. I enjoy working with those who feel they have a difficult time connecting with others on an emotional level and do not understand why. I am passionate about helping you challenge patterns, themes, and core beliefs that are negatively impacting your lifestyle and relationships. I help you uncover the root of the issues you are experiencing to help you gain insight and awareness so you can move forward. I also enjoy working with couples to identify attachment wounds and different perspectives to enhance their emotional and physical connection.
My approach is holistic. I will see you for all of what makes you who you are, versus focusing on one part of you. With a strength-based mindset, I recognize the client's ability to grow and live their desired life. As a relational therapist, I put significant value on the therapeutic relationship, and value holistic and social remedies for healing.
