I'm passionate about helping individuals and couples who have a hard time connecting with others (and themselves) on an emotional level & do not understand why. With humility, I will help you identify and become aware of the meaning behind feelings, thoughts, & behaviors. I enjoy helping couples identify attachment wounds and their different perspectives to enhance their emotional and physical connection. I understand the importance of military, first responders, and aviation professionals seeking therapists familiar with the mental health barriers due to their occupations and aim to provide a space of comfort and advocacy.
Holistically, I will see you for all of what makes you who you are versus focusing on one part of you. With a strength-based mindset, I recognize people's ability to grow and live their desired life. As a relational therapist, I put significant value on the therapeutic relationship and believe that shame can dissolve in a safe, honest, non-judgmental place.
