I also understand the importance of military, first responders, and aviation professionals seeking therapists familiar with the mental health barriers due to their occupations and aim to provide a space of comfort and advocacy.
As a relational therapist, I put significant value on the therapeutic relationship and believe that shame can dissolve in a safe, honest, non-judgmental place. In therapy with me, a healthy mixture of logic and emotion co-exist to meet clients where they need and to help develop self-awareness.
