I offer in-person psychotherapy in both Brooklyn and Manhattan and am experienced in the treatment of depression, the effects of trauma, anxiety, substance use, and difficulties in relationships. Together, we can figure out why you do the things you do, and close the gaps between blank spots in understanding, feeling, and doing. In this way we can help you to experience greater aliveness as an individual and harmony and joy in your connections with others.
In addition to utilizing psychodynamic/psychoanalytic and relational perspectives to explore and make sense of our inner worlds, I am committed to investigating and helping to make reparative use of the ways race, racism, ethnicity, class, sexuality and gender inform our senses of self and other, and have created traumatized spaces in our brains and bodies.
I graduated from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2015, have studied at Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis, and am currently a candidate in psychoanalysis at the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis & Psychology.
