I am a certified Brainspotting therapist, trained in EMDR and IFS informed. I support clients on the journey to transform stress, frustration, and trauma into well-being. Your relationship with yourself and others will benefit. Brainspotting is a body based therapy for rapid and effective change and healing. It is designed to help you access, process and release past trauma (PTSD, negative emotions, blockages, different kinds of emotional and physical pain). This healing and growth will support improved connection in your relationships with others, and most importantly, with yourself! It is a privilege to join you on this journey.
I'm trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, Reiki and Hypnotherapy. I incorporate mindfulness and somatic, "bottom up" approaches that clients find to be more enduring than traditional talk therapy. I support you in moving beyond the limiting beliefs, habits, and behaviors that hold you back from experiencing your highest potential.
My approach is built upon the core principles of kindness, open-mindedness, and non-judgment, creating a safe and confidential healing environment for you. My integrative and intuitive approach is guided by your needs.
