Hi there! I’m Hallie (she/they), and I connect with the words of Brene Brown, who said, “Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it.” Therapy is a great, safe place to begin owning our story! I strive to empower my clients to make the changes they want in their lives and manage their mental health symptoms effectively. I work with teens, adults, and couples facing a variety of concerns in their lives including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief and loss, mood disorders, OCD, relationship issues, self-esteem, gender identity, and sexuality.
I practice several types of psychotherapy to find what best fits my clients’ needs including CBT, DBT, ERP, and mindfulness. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, as well as consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, kink/BDSM, sexual and racial trauma allied and affirming. I am affirming of all spiritual and religious practices and beliefs.
I work at Tomorrow Begins Today in Toledo, and have comfortable office space that is welcoming and safe. I offer afternoon and evening appointments Monday through Thursday, and morning appointments on Fridays. Please feel free to email me to inquire about scheduling and services.
