Working from a systemic perspective, I use a variety of trauma informed therapies including Attachment for parent/child relationships, Child Centered Play Therapy for children, EFT, Gottman, Filial Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and IFS to facilitate a greater understanding of self and others within the context of your relationships.
