Everyone has their own story and therapeutic journey. My practice beliefs are based on the idea that there is no "standard" therapy process, and instead, should be person-centered. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to process life stressors and to explore, strengthen, and maintain skills in order to better manage symptoms of trauma, depression or anxiety.
I have several years of experience working with children, adults and families in both in-home and outpatient therapy settings. I currently work primarily with young adults and adults working through life stressors (transition to college, relationships, postpartum, grief or trauma), and helping them work toward personal empowerment and acceptance.
