I incorporate yoga, movement, mindfulness, breath work and meditation to aide in the therapeutic process, as indicated. I utilize DBT, CBT, IFS (I am IFS informed) & other therapy modalities. My approach is eclectic, drawing on all of the above, to treat a wide range of living challenges. Together we will create the "space" you most desire.
Halley supports college-aged and on with life transitions, health/well-being, infertility, endometriosis, anxiety and so on. She works with naturopathic doctors specializing in acupuncture, homeopathic medicine and movement. She runs circle support groups, Embody Dance & Yoga Classes to increase therapeutic impact & breakthroughs.
