I help girls and women discover resilience, confidence, and clarity in the midst of challenges. Using evidence-based tools and a supportive, faith-integrated approach, I guide clients in untangling patterns, managing emotions, and moving forward with peace and purpose. Our work focuses on growth that lasts beyond the therapy room.
