Specializing in Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, I utilize a trauma informed lens to address a wide range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar and mood disorders, adjustment and life transition concerns, developmental trauma, peripartum and postpartum depression and anxiety, and substance use disorders and concerns. I enjoy working with a wide range of identities including LGBTQIA+, multicultural identities, and folks across the lifespan from child and adolescent to adult and older adult. I provide online and in-person sessions.
Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness techniques, I believe in the body, mind, and spirit's innate ability to heal. Utilizing these tools and theoretical approaches, my client and I create a holistic and comprehensive path towards self acceptance and healing.
