Do you struggle with setting boundaries with others and assertive communication? Do you have a history of people pleasing behaviors and repressing your true feelings? If so, I help adult men and women learn to prioritize their needs and self-care. In a world where we are all taught to be "selfless" and to put the needs of other above our own; if not approached with balance, that practice can have detrimental effects on your mental health. I focus on the mind/body connection as well with providing mindfulness and somatic exercises that can help relieve stress, anxiety and depression.
I provide a relational approach specializing in intergenerational healing, inner child healing from a nonjudgmental, sex positive, kink affirming, multicultural perspective. I use narrative therapy to address anger in women, conflict in family relationships, codependency, sexual identity and setting boundaries.
You're exhausted from putting others first. You second guess yourself, struggle to say "no" and feel stuck in patterns that don't serve you. I see you. And I can help.
Together, we'll break cycles, build confidence, and reclaim your voice. Change is hard, but you don't have to do it alone. Let's talk - your transformation starts here.
