I have over 25 years of experience providing individual therapy for adults of all ages. Prior to private practice, I worked at the UC Davis Counseling Center and have extensive experience with college students, staff and faculty. I utilize a variety of current research-based theoretical perspectives, including attachment, relational, interpersonal and psychodynamic models.
I have particular interests in the areas of integration, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and identity. I have specialized training and experience helping LGBTQ+ folks. I value and enjoy my therapeutic connection with clients and consider it an honor to support and assist people on their path toward greater life fulfillment.
