I am a certified social worker who specializes in empowerment, mindfulness, and somatic (whole body) wellness. I am passionate about helping clients heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and gain healthy coping skills.
I am trained in DBT, CBT, ACT, SFBT, and motivational interviewing. I specialize in working with teens and adults. When clients work with me, we form a collaborative partnership centering you, the client, as the expert in your experience of trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and other concerns. My practice is client-centered and empowerment-focused.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and am a member of the LGBTQ+ Affirmative Psychotherapists Guild of Utah. I am also a veteran and bring experience from my military service, psychology, and educational backgrounds to my work.
