Intrusive thoughts? Anxiety making it hard to live the life you want? Do you think you might be struggling with OCD, but haven’t found the right treatment yet? Living with anxiety and intrusive thoughts can feel overwhelming and, at times, exhausting. Many people with OCD go years without receiving an accurate diagnosis or the support they need, leaving them feeling stuck and alone. My passion is helping individuals 16 and older find hope, understanding, and evidence-based strategies to manage their symptoms and reclaim their lives.
I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients to engage in successful Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is considered the evidence based treatment for OCD. In our work together, we will gradually and safely face your fears and triggers while reducing and eventually eliminating compulsions.
In my practice, we will work together to face anxiety. We will look anxiety square in the face and challenge it. We can heal what we can feel and we can heal what we are brave enough to face.
