The therapeutic process can allow us to return back to ourselves. I approach therapy from a non-judgemental, warm, curious and compassionate place. I utilize a client-centered, anti-oppressive approach and can include outdoor sessions or art directives to further connect with the mind and body.
I am committed to utilizing therapy in an anti-racist way, and can support those in the queer, LGBTQIA+ community, sex workers, non-monogamous partners, people living with disabilities, and people living with neurodivergence. I can support people who are recovering from psychosis or those who have experienced psychosis in the past.
We can explore your thoughts, behaviors, and connect with where you feel emotions in the body. In our therapeutic relationship we can explore where you feel fulfilled and where you feel stuck.
