I am trained in Contemplative Counseling, a holistic approach that blends Western psychology with Eastern wisdom traditions, including Buddhism and mindfulness meditation, while fostering presence, compassion, and trust in your own inherent wisdom.
I provide an open, non-judgmental space where together we can take time to explore the many facets of your life and its complexity. I offer guidance in self-compassion, processing emotions and trauma, and uncovering the unconscious patterns and false beliefs which be may keeping you feeling stuck and struggling to achieve your most valued life goals.
