I wholeheartedly believe that all of us have the ability to grow and change, and my goal is to empower you on your path to wellness.

My counseling approach focuses on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel at ease to freely express their thoughts and emotions. My ultimate goal is for my clients to feel heard, respected, and accepted without fear of criticism or shame. This relationship sets the foundation for therapeutic growth.
