I like to utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy lens when working with clients, specifically exposure and response prevention, and gradual exposure therapy. Together we will create treatment goals, and work to gradually confront fears. I aim to create a nonjudgmental place where you can explore thoughts behind fears and work towards living with more peace.
