I pride myself on creating an open, nonjudgmental space where we can work out any negative beliefs or feelings and give you the tools to make the changes you desire. I specialize in OCD treatment, and have training with the gold standard treatment for OCD, Exposure and Response Prevention. Additionally, I provide faith-based counseling to those who feel their Christian faith is a tool for them in therapy.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I like to use evidence-based treatments. In short, this means I want to use tools that have been proven to work so that you can get back to living the life you desire. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, as well as Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
