I am a Social Worker Licensed Candidate who works with children starting at age 10, teens, and adults. I am passionate about ending the stigma surrounding mental health and believe in the motto, “It’s okay not to be okay.” I understand what emotional pain can feel like and I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate their journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where people can express themselves freely and feel empowered in their emotions.
I am still discovering my niche, but I enjoy using CBT, narrative therapy, play therapy and art therapy techniques in my practice. I also have training in Level 1 Gottman Relationship Counseling, allowing me to support couples and individuals in developing healthy communication patterns and stronger relationships.
