I often work with folks wanting support with eating disorders, their relationship with food or body, or navigating neurodivergence. I especially enjoy supporting people who want to work through past experiences that still feel heavy or continue to affect them today. As an EMDR certified therapist, I walk alongside clients as they process what they’ve been through, build self-compassion, and move toward feeling more at peace in their day to day life. I have additional training in working with those dealing with dissociation and dissociative disorders. I am also accepting new clients for autism & ADHD assessments.

I work with teens (13+) and adults, LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent populations, individuals dealing with the impacts of trauma, and offer OCD treatment. I am a certified Body Trust Provider and have additional training in working with those dealing with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body shame.

I am licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Arizona and am a clinical supervisor in Oregon and Washington. I am also accepting new supervisees / associates in Oregon and Washington. I currently have a limited number of sliding scale spots available - please reach out if you are interested.
