My speciality is college mental health. I work with teens and adults to help them learn how to adjust to life in college and post graduation. My approach is compassionate and goal-oriented, focused on helping you better understand your emotions. I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating the unique challenges that come with the transition into and through college. I enjoy working with high school students preparing for this next chapter, college students who may feel overwhelmed or uncertain during their academic journey, and those approaching graduation who are seeking clarity and direction for what comes next.
I offer an empathetic, gentle, and supportive space where you can openly talk about your goals and what’s getting in the way. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and person-centered care. I tailor each session to fit your unique needs.
