I specialize in working with individuals going through life changes centering around empathetic work. My past work experiences have been aiding individuals with relational strain, the LGBTQIA+ community, young adults, and individuals with anxiety and depression.
I utilize a "parts-work" and solution-oriented perspective on life trying to center on the individual's strengths to create a better and healthier mindset. In parts-work we work towards full acceptance of self to ensure we can rise to any challenge with our whole selves. I use the term "we" often in sessions to approach all problems together.
