I provide therapy with a focus on trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I have an extensive background in supporting children, teens, and families with traumas such as divorce, domestic violence, peer pressure, bullying, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, abuse/neglect, and attachment concerns. I am professionally trained in TF-CBT and PC therapy models.
I take the time to understand and honor my client’s worldview and lived-in experiences to promote a safe and strong foundation for success. I empower my clients to find their voice, their community, and the ability to navigate life’s ups and downs.
