As a relational therapist and Licensed Social Worker, I take a direct yet welcoming approach to help you explore the patterns and dynamics that shape your relationships—with others and with yourself. I believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship: the connection between therapist and client can be healing in itself, helping you uncover and address patterns between past experiences and present challenges. I firmly believe in empowering my clients by fostering insight and facilitating internal healing processes.
I work with young adults and adults, guiding them through self-exploration and helping them understand the roots of emotional challenges. Together, we will focus on deepening self-awareness, exploring attachment, and developing strategies that create lasting change. My goal is to help you explore obstacles to well-being without judgment and foster growth.
