As humans, we crave connection and community, but it can feel difficult to achieve in our everyday lives. We find ourselves looking to better understand ourselves, our experiences, and our interactions with the world around us. We are made up of so many different parts and I believe in the importance of seeing and acknowledging all of those pieces. Sometimes we are told - directly or indirectly - that we hold a singular role. This may cause us to try to fit in a mold that does not hold all the pieces we value about ourselves.
I believe working together to create and work on your goals . I work to sit with people with whatever brings them to this space. I believe in the balance of understanding and holding space for hard truths while in meeting people exactly where they are.
